Proposition :
Le service de Bactériologie du CHU de Bordeaux recherche un Assistant Hospitalier Universitaire à compter du 1er novembre 2019 pour un poste plein temps, contrat de deux ans suivi de deux fois une année renouvelée.
Le service de Bactériologie du CHU de Bordeaux se situe au sein de l’hôpital Pellegrin et appartient au Pôle de Biologie et Pathologie du CHU de Bordeaux. Il est dirigé par le Pr Cécile Bébéar. Outre le poste proposé, le service de Bactériologie comprend 3 PU-PH, 4 MCU-PH, 3 Praticiens Attachés, et 2 Assistants Hospitaliers Universitaires.
Le service de Bactériologie du CHU de Bordeaux réalise les analyses bactériologiques pour l’ensemble du CHU de Bordeaux qui comprend plus de 3000 lits. Il est situé sur le plus gros site hospitalier du CHU, l’hôpital Pellegrin, situé dans Bordeaux. Il réalise environ 29 millions de B par an. Il comprend 2 Centre Nationaux de Référence (CNR), un sur les Infections Sexuellement Transmissibles (IST) bactériennes et l’autre sur les infections à Campylobacter et Helicobacter.
Le poste sera rattaché à l’unité de recherche USC EA 3671 Infections humaines à mycoplasmes et à chlamydiae (IHMC) INRA-Université de Bordeaux, dirigée par le Pr Cécile Bébéar. Cette unité est située sur le campus Carreire de l’Université, sur le même site géographique que le GH Pellegrin.
Profil souhaité du candidat :
- Les diplômes requis
– Docteur en Médecine, Docteur en Pharmacie
-Titulaire du DES de Biologie Médicale
- Toutes formations complémentaires sont les bienvenues
Principales missions :
- Validation des résultats de Bactériologie (urines, selles, expectorations, pus, ponctions, hémocultures…)
- Participation aux différents staffs du service et interservices, aux réunions de concertation pluridisciplinaires (RCP)
- Participation aux astreintes rémunérées de Bactériologie pour le CHU de Bordeaux
- Participation à différents projets de recherche sur les infections à mycoplasmes et à chlamydiae au sein de l’USC EA 3671 IHMC et du CNR des IST bactériennes
- Participation à l’enseignement des étudiants de 2ème cycle en Médecine et en Biologie et de 3ème cycle (internes de Biologie médicale)
