Le laboratoire :
Le service de Parasitologie-mycologie du CHU Bichat, APHP (Chef de Service Pr. Sandrine HOUZE) fait partie du Pôle de Biologie médicale du Groupe Hospitalier HUPNVS, et du DMU de Biologie APHP.Nord
Son activité est répartie en 4 secteurs : Mycologie, Parasitologie directe (dont le paludisme), Biologie moléculaire, Immunologie (sérologise parasitaires et fongiques).
Le laboratoire de Parasitologie comprend aussi un Centre National de Référence, le CNR du Paludisme
Il participe aussi à l’activité des CNR Toxoplasmose (laboratoire associé), Leishmaniose, Cryptosporidies, Mycoses.
Missions :
L’Assistant Spécialiste participera aux différentes activités du service :
– Validation biologique des résultats de Parasitologie et mycologie, et prestation de conseil auprès des cliniciens
– Participation à l’activité médicale du CNR Paludisme
– Encadrement de l’équipe technique
– Formation des internes 3 internes/semestre
– Démarche d’accréditation
– Mise au point et validation de techniques du laboratoire
– Participation aux réunions du service et interservices
– Participation aux projets de recherche clinique du laboratoire
Le poste est disponible à partir de novembre 2019, pour un contrat initial de 2 ans, renouvelable jusqu’à 6 ans.
