Poste Assistant Hospitalo-Universitaire en Virologie Laboratoire de Microbiologie Hôpital Ambroise Paré
Nous recherchons un médecin ou pharmacien biologiste, titulaire du DES de Biologie Médicale avec une spécialisation en Microbiologie-Virologie pour occuper un poste d’Assistant Hospitalo-Universitaire (AHU) à partir du 1er novembre 2022.
Présentation du service
L’hôpital Ambroise Paré fait partie du GHU AP-HP.Université Paris Saclay. Le service de Microbiologie comporte une unité de Bactériologie, et une unité de Virologie ; il accueille des étudiants en médecine, des externes, et 2 internes répartis en Bactériologie et Virologie. Le poste proposé complètera l’équipe de Virologie composée d’1 PU-PH et 1 PH.
Missions hospitalières
En collaboration avec les autres biologistes, l’AHU participera à toutes les activités de Virologie du laboratoire : validation des examens et prestation conseil, organisation et animation des réunions de comité des anti-viraux, encadrement des internes et des étudiants, mise en place de nouvelles activités et mise au point de nouvelles techniques, participation à la démarche d’accréditation en virologie. Il (elle) pourra être intégré(e) au pool de gardes de nuit polyvalentes en tant que biologiste senior.
Recherche
Les thématiques de l’équipe sont centrées sur les virus respiratoires, et plus particulièrement sur le virus respiratoire syncytial (VRS). La recherche est effectuée au sein de l’équipe ATIP AVENIR VRS (Pr MA Rameix-Welti). Les activités incluront un volet d’études cliniques sur les virus respiratoires, en lien avec le CNR de l’Institut Pasteur, et un volet fondamental visant à développer des méthodes innovantes de caractérisation génotypique et phénotypique des souches cliniques de VRS. L’objectif est d’évaluer l’adéquation des approches thérapeutiques en développement (antiviraux, vaccins, Ac monoclonaux) aux virus circulants. Les outils développés pour le VRS pourront être adaptés à d’autres virus respiratoires, dont la grippe et les coronavirus.
Enseignement
L’AHU participera aux CM et ED de Virologie pour l’UE « Agents infectieux, hygiène. Aspects généraux » à l’UFR de Médecine (DFGSM3), et aux cours dispensés dans le service pour les internes, externes, étudiants et personnels techniques.
