Le développement des technologies de nouvelle génération à haut débit d’analyse des génomes humains et microbiologiques prend une place de plus en plus importante dans la pratique médicale et pharmaceutique à visée diagnostique, pronostique, et thérapeutique. C’est en particulier le cas dans le cadre du développement de la médecine de précision. L’accès, la compréhension et l’apprentissage individuels des différentes approches existantes et de leurs outils bio-informatiques d’analyse sont néanmoins souvent complexes.
L’Université Paris-Saclay a mis en place ce nouveau Diplôme d’Université en Formation continue, afin de favoriser l’apprentissage et la pratique de l’analyse de données de séquençage de nouvelle génération de génomes, en situation réelle de pratique médicale, dans le cadre du diagnostic biologique, de la stratification des pathologies et de stratégies thérapeutiques. Il est par exemple prévu de s’intéresser aux anomalies de la différenciation sexuelle, aux déficits intellectuels, aux pathologies neuro-dégénératives ou cancéreuses, et encore à la résistance aux antibiotiques ou aux anti-viraux.
Cette formation diplômante vise ainsi à accompagner les étudiants et aussi les professionnels de santé en exercice dans la construction d’une analyse génétique en s’appuyant sur des technologies de séquençage nouvelle génération, dans l’analyse et l’interprétation des résultats et dans la rédaction d’un compte-rendu de biologie médicale à visée diagnostique et thérapeutique.
Elle est ouverte aux médecins, pharmaciens, internes en biologie médicale, généticiens, microbiologistes, cliniciens, et ingénieurs en génétique humaine/médicale.
Elle est organisée en neuf modules pour un total de 100 heures d’enseignement en présentiel. Les cours auront lieu tous les mercredis, de janvier à juin 2021.
