Appel à candidatures pour les membres du « Comité d’expertise des utilisations confinées d’organismes génétiquement modifiés »
La loi de programmation pour la recherche du 24 décembre 2020 a prévu une habilitation à prendre par ordonnance les mesures pour « redéfinir les modalités selon lesquelles les avis et recommandations relatifs aux biotechnologies sont élaborés […] ».
L’ordonnance n° 2021-1325 du 13 octobre 2021 prévoit une reconstruction des missions aujourd’hui dévolues au Haut Conseil des biotechnologies (HCB) notamment s’agissant de l’expertise en matière d’utilisation confinée. Pour ce volet de l’activité du HCB l’article L. 532-1 du code de l’environnement prévoit la création d’un nouveau comité placé auprès du ministère chargé de la recherche. Les articles D. 532-4 à D. 532-4-11 du même code viennent préciser les modalités de fonctionnement de ce comité, dénommé « Comité d’expertise des utilisations confinées d’organismes génétiquement modifiés » (CEUCO). Ces dispositions entrent en vigueur à compter du 1er janvier 2022.
Le présent appel à candidatures a pour objet de sélectionner les membres de ce comité.
