Présentation du laboratoire :
Le laboratoire, situé sur le site de Compiègne, a une activité de 28 millions de B.
Le personnel est constitué de : 6 biologistes répartis en 5 équivalents temps plein, 1 cadre de santé, 40 techniciens, 5 secrétaires, 3 IDE, 4 AS et ASH.
Le laboratoire est constitué de 3 secteurs principaux : Biochimie / Hématologie / Microbiologie, et compte le activités suivantes :
– Biochimie générale et spécialisée
– Hématologie / hémostase / immuno-hématologie
– Microbiologie et Biologie moléculaire
– Immunologie (sérologie, allergologie et auto-immunité)
– Biologie délocalisée (site de Noyon)
– Hygiène hospitalière : prélèvements air/eau/surface
– Dépôt de délivrance de produits sanguins labiles
– Centre de prélèvement
Description du poste :
Il s’agit d’un poste de praticien hospitalier orientation MICROBIOLOGIE.
Les astreintes biologiques sont polyvalentes : 1 jour par semaine et un week-end sur 5.
Le responsable actuel du secteur de microbiologie part en retraite à l’automne 2022, mais le poste est disponible dès maintenant. Il est suppléé sur ce secteur par un second biologiste.
Idéalement, le biologiste aura la responsabilité du secteur de microbiologie (encadrement des techniciens, vie du système qualité, gestion des CIQ et EEQ, veille scientifique…) et participera aux astreintes polyvalentes. Il sera en capacité de réaliser les prélèvements génitaux et dermatologiques
du centre de prélèvement.
Le périmètre d’activité n’est pas figé, c’est un idéal. Aussi, nous pouvons adapter les activités en fonction du profil de notre futur collègue. Ce poste peut convenir à un biologiste aguerri comme à un jeune biologiste non encore praticien hospitalier.
