La pandémie Covid-19 a illustré la nécessité de mieux préparer la France à faire face aux futures crises sanitaires et, dans le cadre de ces programmes ministériels, un nouvel appel à projets de recherche clinique hospitaliers dédiés aux maladies infectieuses émergentes et réémergentes a ainsi été créé ; l’AAP ReCH-MIE.
Objectifs et champ
Cet appel à projets vise à développer des recherches dans le domaine des maladies infectieuses émergentes ou réémergentes portant sur toute infection dont l’incidence a augmenté au cours des 20 dernières années ou menace d’augmenter dans un futur proche, y compris causée par le virus du SARS-CoV-2.
L’AAP ReCH-MIE permettra de financer des projets de recherche dédiés aux maladies infectieuses émergentes et réémergentes dont les objectifs sont :
- La mesure de l’efficacité des technologies de santé : dans cet objectif, les recherches prioritairement financées sont celles qui contribueront à l’obtention de recommandations de fort grade ;
- L’évaluation de la sécurité, de la tolérance ou de la faisabilité de l’utilisation des technologies de santé chez l’Homme (par exemple, toutes les études sur le médicament de la phase I à la phase IV).
Les résultats des projets devront directement permettre une modification de la prise en charge des patients.
L’appel à projets concerne uniquement les pathologies dans le domaine des maladies infectieuses émergentes et réémergentes. (Une liste indicative et non exhaustive de pathogènes sera disponible dans le règlement).
Les projets de recherche dont le seul but vise à la constitution ou à l’entretien de cohortes ou de collections biologiques ne sont pas éligibles.
Le dépôt et le portage d’un projet doivent associer systématiquement :
- un porteur individuel
- et un établissement de santé, un Groupement de coopération sanitaire (GCS), une maison de santé ou un centre de santé, coordonnateur du projet et gestionnaire de son financement.
Cet appel à projets concerne des projets menés en France, y compris en Outre-mer, à l’exception de la Nouvelle-Calédonie, de la Polynésie française, de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, des Terres australes et antarctiques françaises et des îles de Wallis-et-Futuna.
A l’ouverture de l’appel à projet, toutes les informations seront en ligne sur la page “Je soumets mon projet”.
Il ne comporte qu’une seule phase de sélection, sur dossier complet. Les résultats seront disponibles courant octobre 2022.
Tous nos dossiers devront être déposés en ligne sur la plateforme APOGEE.
