Recherche Assistant Ingénieur en microbiologie environnementale (H/F), 20 mois, pour étudier l’invasion de cours d’eau vosgiens par l’antibiorésistance

Missions
Le travail proposé s’inscrit dans le projet PNREST Anses “AntibioInv” dont le but est de comprendre l’invasion de communautés microbiennes naturelles de rivière par l’antibiorésistance, en relation avec des activités et pratiques humaines locales. Le travail attendu couvrira principalement des études de biodiversité microbienne et de quantification de l’antibiorésistance dans des biofilms microbiens collectés dans de petites rivières des Vosges. Les missions confiées au lauréat porteront essentiellement sur de la biologie moléculaire (extraction d’ADN, PCR quantitative), du travail de terrain (prélèvements et caractérisation d’échantillons), de la microbiologie classique (culture bactérienne, recherche de bactéries résistantes), mais aussi de la cytométrie en flux et du travail en réacteur (suivi de microcosmes). Le but de ce travail sera d’identifier et comprendre les paramètres environnementaux permettant d’expliquer la propagation de l’antibiorésistance vers des communautés naturelles de rivières.
